The issue of dairy products is on height these days. Dairy products are essential for the body. Without these, we are not able to get enough energy to do our tasks. Health organizations refer to taking dairy products in daily routine as it makes the bones strong. But some people do not agree with them. According to them, it is harmful and we should avoid it. Probably, they are talking for a reason. Just like, celiac disease rash occurs due to the allergy to dairy products. In the case of celiac disease rash, we have to avoid all these products. 

All dairy products are not the same. They have different qualities. Their qualities depend on the animal that provides that dairy product. Animals have risen in different manners. Lactose is the main carbohydrate in dairy. It is a milk sugar that is made up of two types of sugars, glucose, and galactose. 

When you are in the age of a mother’s feeding baby, your body produces an enzyme which is usually for digestion. This enzyme breaks down the lactose in the mother’s milk and helps to digest the milk.
